The Starkweather Level consists of Foundation supporters who have given $1,250 or more during the year. The Society is named for Harvey Starkweather, a champion of K-12 and an educational visionary and the first Superintendent of Schools in Clackamas County. The generosity of Starkweather members is recognized in several ways, including a fall reception in their honor, free passes to high school athletic events, and acknowledgment in the Foundation Annual Report.
